Gift Card Terms & Conditions
1. General
Gift cards are issued by Southport Football Club and may be redeemed only for goods in the Club Shop, subject to these terms and conditions.
2. Purchase and Redemption

Gift cards can only be redeemed at Southport FC Club Shop.

Gift cards may be used for full or part payment of purchases.

If the purchase value exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.

No change will be given.
3. Validity
- Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
4. Non-Refundable

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded or resold.

Refunds for purchases made using a gift card will be issued as a credit to the original gift card where possible.
5. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Cards

Gift cards should be treated like cash.

Lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorised use of gift cards is the responsibility of the cardholder.
6. Restrictions

Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.

Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

Promotional offers may be excluded from gift card purchases at the discretion of Southport Football Club
8. Fraud and Abuse
- Southport Football Club reserves the right to refuse, cancel or hold gift cards and transactions where fraud, misuse or unlawful activity is suspected.
9. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, **Southport Football Club **shall not be liable for any loss arising from lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorised use of a gift card.
10. Changes to Terms
