Matchday Timings

Arrival to Hospitality Lounge: 12:00pm (for 3pm kick-off)

Volare Service: 12:30pm

 

Volare Meal

Bakery Selection - selection of freshly prepared breads and accompaniments

Main Course – A specially selected main course promptly served at 12:30pm

Dessert - to follow

 

During your Visit

o   Please arrive promptly at the Hospitality Lounge where a dedicated Southport FC Hospitality Host will welcome you and seat you at your table and give you your allocated premium seat number for the match.

o   Matchday programmes are available to purchase from the bar.

o   Matchday Sponsors and Match Ball Sponsors receive a complimentary programme as part of their package.

o   Our Director, Steven Porter, will host the popular 50/50 Draw and Raffle with winners announced at half-time.

o   Half-time drinks can be pre-ordered with our hospitality team before kick-off, allowing you to avoid the queues and have half-time drinks delivered to your hospitality table for the break.

o   A selection of merchandise is available to purchase from the hospitality bar, full stock is available from the Club Shop

 

Our Hospitality Dining Experience

Our hospitality menu is carefully planned and freshly prepared by our catering team exclusively for match day guests.

Unlike a traditional restaurant we operate a set-menu dining experience rather than an a la carte service. All meals are prepared in advance and served together to ensure every guest receives the highest quality of food before kick-off.

For this reason, menu substitutions or changes on the day may not always be possible so please always check your menu ahead of schedule, the menu will be emailed to you when it becomes available.

To ensure the highest quality of food and service, meals are served during this allocated service period. If you are delayed, please let us know in advance. Unfortunately, if you arrive after service has finished without prior notice, we may be unable to serve your meal.

 

Dietary Requirements & Other Important Information

If you have any allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements please advise us on booking. All dietary requirements must be received minimum 48 hours in advance.

This deadline allows our catering team sufficient time to source ingredients and prepare suitable meals safely. Requests received after this time cannot be guaranteed.
